RSS updates are called "feeds."

No personal information is required to subscribe to the Power of Family Meals feed and you can control how long you want to subscribe to our feeds.

How to use RSS

To begin your RSS experience, you need to sign up for an RSS reader. There are several RSS readers available for free download or you can subscribe to free readers on My Yahoo! or Google.

  • If you are using an RSS reader, click on the orange "XML" button, then copy the URL in your browser's address bar, and paste into your RSS reader, according to the RSS reader's instructions.
